This is a translation provided for information only. The legally binding version is the Polish one: /polityka-cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) works in a similar way. Below we describe what is used by the website worker.pshu.pl, the company panel panel.pshu.pl and the client portal.

In short: we use only strictly necessary cookies and browser storage data. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or social media plugins.

1. Legal basis

Under Art. 399 of the Electronic Communications Law (ustawa – Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej), implementing Art. 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC, the user's consent is not required for storing information that is strictly necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the user (e.g. remembering the selected language, keeping a session after logging in). That is why we do not display a consent dialog – only a notice about the cookies we use.

If in the future we add tools that require consent (e.g. analytics), we will ask for it before activating them, and you will be able to withdraw your consent at any time.

4. How to manage cookies

You can delete cookies and site data or block them from being stored at any time in your browser settings (usually: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and site data). Blocking strictly necessary cookies may mean that the website does not remember your language and the panel cannot keep you logged in.

You can display the cookie notice again by clicking “Cookie settings” in the website footer.

Please send questions about cookies and privacy to support@pshu.pl. More information on data processing can be found in the Privacy Policy.
