All included in every plan.
How it works
Included in every plan – no extra charge. You switch modules on and off yourself in the Configuration tab.

Nothing to install at your company. Register online and do the rest in the panel.
Choose a plan, enter your company and boss details and a company code (e.g. “INSTAL”). The account works straight away – in Configuration you switch on only the modules you need.
Add employees in the panel in a minute: first name, last name, username. The system generates a one-time password – you hand it to the employee together with the company code.
The employee installs the app, logs in and punches in, takes breaks and punches out. Every punch has the server time and (if the company wants) a GPS position. You see everything live.
Logging in always works the same way – in the app and in the panel: company + username + password. You choose the company code when registering and assign usernames yourself.

Switch on only the features you need – including location on punches. The rest disappears from the panel and the app.

The boss and managers run things from the phone – with the same permissions as in the browser.

Plans differ only in the number of people. The single exception: the Start plan (up to 10 people) has no groups or subgroups – every higher plan has the identical, full feature set.
The employee's phone is treated as untrusted – the server checks everything. Once a punch is accepted, it is stored for good.
The punch time comes from the server, not the phone. A clock that is off by more than 2 minutes blocks the punch. Exception: an offline punch (Android app, a module the boss turns on in Configuration) – the punch is signed on the phone, the server calculates the time from a time anchor and the phone's system clock, which does not depend on the date and time settings, and the punch waits for the supervisor's acceptance.
An original punch cannot be edited or deleted. Calibrations, punches added by a supervisor and corrections requested by employees are separate, labelled entries with a reason and a history.
Detects fake GPS, fake-GPS apps, root, emulators and implausible jumps (e.g. 1 km in 30 seconds).
An employee account is tied to one phone. Changing the device requires the boss's approval.
The app does not run in the background and does not track routes. The position is read only when punching, marking a task as done, indicating the work site or confirming a location check – and the company can switch off location collection entirely.
The database with working-time records is located in the EU (Frankfurt). Auxiliary services – push notifications, e-mail, maps and converting coordinates into addresses – are provided by the entities listed in the data processing agreement, on the basis of standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Row Level Security in the database: each company sees only its own data, and each employee only their own punches.
Every administrative change – who, what, when – is recorded. So is every time a superadmin enters a company panel.
Your company – as the employer, you keep working-time records under the Polish Labour Code. PSH Usługi is the processor and acts only on your instructions, under a data processing agreement. Data Processing Agreement
A full history of their own punches with the time, address and GPS accuracy – and from you, an information notice that you prepare in the panel in 7 languages. The employee confirms in the app that they have read it – you have proof with the date, time and version.
We keep the system data until the contract with your company ends and then delete it within 30 days (after cancellation within 14 days – once 30 days have passed since the account was closed). You keep the working-time records for the period required by the Polish Labour Code – you can download a data export before the contract ends. Details in the privacy policy.
The boss and people with permissions manage the company from the browser or from the phone app – with the same permissions in both places. Everyone sees only what the boss has granted them.

No. The location is read only at the moment the employee presses a punch button (start, break, end of work), marks a task as done (if the task requires it), indicates the work site or confirms a location check request (sent by a supervisor, on a schedule or at random – during working time). The app does not run in the background, does not record routes and does not ask for “always allow” location permission. The employee can see every reading in their punch history.
